Strategic Direction 2026-2028

Across 2025 the school board looks at opportunities to consult with our students, whānau, iwi / hapu and wider school community to understand the needs, wants and aspirations of all of these groups. We use the information gathered to form our strategic plan and direction for the next 3 years (2026-2028). Our aim throughout our consultation is to ensure we meet our board objectives and all voices are heard.

Board Actions

April 2025 - strategic questions were sent via hard copy and email to all households (enough for each parent / caregiver to complete). This comprised of 3 initial questions that gave the board a starting point to engage.

May 2025 - board prepares for planning - understanding our legislative requirements and looking at who our community is made up of.

June 2025 - second phase of consultation begins - face to face opportunity with community
