OUR  LEARNING

We offer a balanced curriculum and enjoy the benefits of our local environment

We work with Te Ara Kākāriki to plant native plants both on the school site and our local community. This includes learning about insect habitats, healthy waterways, weaving and much more.

We take part in interschool sport competitions year round with all age groups

We have a wonderful kapa haka teacher that we share with other local schools and the whole school participates in kapa haka. We then participate in our local cultural festival with other schools in the area

We have our own swimming pool and bring swim coaches in every year.

Ukulele is taught by an external facilitator and the children enjoy performing this both for parents and at the Strum, Strike, Blow concert in town.
